All prices include home stay (two meals per day, breakfast and dinner), private room, laundry service, airport pick-up service and your work and text books. Home stays start on Sunday and end on Saturday.*There is an airport departure tax of $26 when passengers leave the country.

Classes are held daily except for the following holidays: All of Easter Week 10-14 April, May 1, August 15, September 15, December 25 and January 1.
Starting dates - All Levels start every Monday.
Daily school sessions are from 8:15 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. with breaks.
Home stays: Each additional week of home stay is $140. Each additional day of home stay is $20.
Private lessons/Tutoring: $18 per lesson, minimum 2 lessons daily.
Enrollment and Payment: Participants must submit an application form along with a deposit of 15% of their total tuition. This deposit should be sent in the form of a cashiers check or international money order (personal checks must have prior approval) and is applicable towards the cost of the program. The deposit will be made out to “ IPEE” . The balance is due should be paid on the first day of classes in Costa Rica at the school. This payment may be made with traveler checks, cash or money order made out to “IPEE”. US Postal Money Orders cannot be accepted for payment in Costa Rica. All checks have to be paid in US dollars drawn on a US bank (a branch of a US bank located in another country is acceptable.)
Approximately one week prior to your class start date, the school will send your host family information, along with other cultural information. The most suitable home stay family for you will be selected using the family preferences criteria on your application (no smoking, vegetarian, etc.) Your family will be notified of your flight schedule and will be anticipating your arrival. You will be picked up at he airport by our service and taken directly to your home stay family, expect a warm welcome.
